How JTC handles information submitted through the India-entry calculator and website enquiries.
Information collected
Name, business email, optional phone number, nationality, proposed sector, activity, investment range and the calculator result.
Purpose
We use the information to provide the requested screening, understand the enquiry, contact the person about relevant JTC services and maintain an enquiry record.
Retention and access
Access is limited to the authorised JTC administrator. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary for enquiry follow-up, compliance and business records.
